Choosing your Entourage to Make a Difference

Many of our athletes and corporate warriors are in positions that allow them to be looked up to and respected by their peers. With this comes the opportunity to choose who they spend time with on and off the field. Often someones entourage determines their level of success, ability to make a difference and whether or not they reach their full potential or not. The old saying goes that "birds of a feather flock together." No where is that more true than with our athletes and corporate warriors. Below are a few tips to help you choose your entourage and start making a difference in what you do! Attitude - choosing entourage members that have a great attitude will keep everyone moving in the right direction staying positive in all situations. People with poor attitudes will bring everyone down into their own misery. Values - Whether your values are positive or negative the values your entourage share will shape the character in which you all possess. Goals - If your entourage are all reaching for the same dream and goal you will all be pulling in the same direction and fighting for the same thing. High Energy - When your members have a high energy there will be an excitement always present to reach the top of your sport or profession. Leaders - What you are is what you attract. Having a entourage of leaders allows you to attract followers that have the same abilities and aspirations. Choose your entourage wisely and go make things happen!
